Delete your Skip Thru account
Delete in the app
Sign in, open your account settings, and choose Delete account. Confirm when asked. Your account is closed right away.
Delete by email
If you can't access the app, email support@skipthru.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, and phone number
- Your sign-in credentials
- Saved preferences and push notification tokens
- Location data associated with your account
What we keep, and for how long
Records of completed orders and payments may be kept as long as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, after which they're deleted. Payment card details are held by Stripe under Stripe's own policies, not by Skip Thru.
